ChemE Computing Website Migrated to v5

The ChemE Computing Website has been migrated to the v5 University Templates. As part of this migrations we made several changes to the navigation. As before we will be bringing this sites navigation and layout in close to that of the University Computing Website.

We welcome any feedback on the new site layout.
