Issues Printing Directly to Copiers on 1st and 3rd floors

We are currently experiencing an issue whereby users that are connected through "chemesvr2" cannot print directly to the copy machines on the 1st and 3rd floors. Users who have manually added these printers are not experiencing the issue. This includes Mac, Linux and some PC users.

We are working to resolve the issue. As a work around you can directly add the printer to your computer. If you need assistance doing so, please contact the helpdesk.
