• You are responsible for your hotel room if you choose to arrive in Cleveland on Saturday before the tour.

Flight information to Denver


• 30 seats have been reserved on a Delta flight from Pittsburgh International Airport (departing 7:15 a.m.) to Denver (arriving 11:03 a.m.) with a connection through Atlanta on Wednesday, October 3.
• Airfare for this flight is included in the tour.
• We cannot guarantee seat preferences.

RSVP Deadline


• The priority deadline for registration is April 27.
• The first 30 deposits received will be guaranteed a spot on the tour.

Refundable Deposit


• A refundable deposit of $175 is due by April 27 and will be returned upon arrival at Orientation on September 30.
