Stever House
Stever House (New House) was the first LEED-NC v2.0 Silver Certified University Dormitory in the Nation!
Stever House received a LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building Council on September 12, 2003. This is a major accomplishment for Carnegie Mellon and for its commitment to the environment.
