HUB & Enrollment Services Modifications

Dear CMU Colleagues,

We want to make sure you know about the specific steps The HUB and Enrollment Services are taking to promote the health and safety of the Carnegie Mellon community. A related message has been sent to all Pittsburgh-campus students.

As many of us are adjusting our daily lives in response to COVID-19, our team is seeking new and innovative ways to engage and support you. Until further notice, we are implementing the following modified services in an effort to practice recommended social distancing:

GENERAL QUESTIONS & APPOINTMENTS
Please direct students to email thehub@andrew.cmu.edu or call 412-268-8186 for enrollment needs.

FORM SUBMISSION
Scan or take a photo of your completed and signed form, and email academic forms to cmuregistrar@andrew.cmu.edu or student financial forms to thehub@andrew.cmu.edu. As all ES staff are working remotely, we do not recommend faxing forms at this time.

ID CARDS

Because the printing and distribution of cards cannot be handled remotely, ID Card services have been temporarily suspended. Staff or faculty who are experiencing issues with their ID Card (i.e., lost or damaged card) should email idplus@andrew.cmu.edu for assistance.

While The HUB and Enrollment Services value and appreciate in-person engagement to provide services to CMU's campus community, we feel it is in all of our best interests to implement these modifications. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
