Save the Date: S3 Memos Training

LOCATION CHANGE: Due to space, this training will now take place in Baker Hall 136A.

Are you interested in taking advantage of everything the new S3 Memos feature has to offer? Then we invite you to attend an upcoming training session for the Pittsburgh campus from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 30, in Baker Hall 136A.

At the training, you will learn how to:

• Add, view, edit, format, and comment on a memo attached to an individual student's S3 record
• View who will have permission to see the memo on the student's S3 record
• Share a memo with a specific S3 user who is not otherwise authorized, as appropriate
• Sort, search and filter memos for all students whose records you have access to view

Additional Training Opportunities

For our colleagues at other CMU campuses/locations - separate S3 Memos training sessions are currently being planned, so please stay tuned for details. Additionally, an S3 "basic user" and another S3 Memos training are tentatively scheduled for early October on the Pittsburgh campus. An invite will be sent at a later date.
