Qualifications

• 8-15 hours of availability per week
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
• Desire to take initiative to assist peers and full-time staff members
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Capacity to function as a productive member of a team
• Understand the values and practices of professional conduct and confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
• Federal Work Study preferred, but not mandatory
• Current first-year or sophomore preferred
• Minimum QPA of 2.5 preferred
