Don't miss this inspiring event during Cèilidh Weekend — an inaugural celebration bringing together Homecoming, International Festival and Family Weekend.

Cèilidh [ka-le]: n. a Scottish Gaelic term meaning "visit," used to describe a celebration with stories and tales, poems and ballads, music and dance. Cèilidhs were traditionally hosted in the homes of family and friends.

Cohon, Mrs. Maureen Cohon and fellow university supporters as we honor members of CMU's lifetime giving societies — The Highlands Circle, The Skibo Circle and The Dunfermline Circle — as well as leading supporters from the Andrew Carnegie Society, the John C. Warner Society and the Order of the May.

Additionally, Mr. Irving Gruber (E'36) and the late Mrs. Aaronel deRoy Gruber (MM'40) will be recognized as the 2011 Andrew Carnegie Society Recognition Award recipients.
