 Carnegie Mellon’s College of Engineering is a worldwide leader in education and research. Our students learn problem-solving skills that they need to impact their chosen fields. Our expertise is no secret. The college is annually recognized by national publications. Each year, our faculty and students receive accolades and honors for their outstanding work. This past year, we were ranked ninth in the nation for our overall undergraduate program and sixth among graduate programs. Five members of our engineering faculty were inducted into the hallowed National Academy of Engineering in 2006, giving us a total of 19 academy members. While our history of accomplishments is well known, we must continue to strive for greatness. To do so, we need your help. Your support will help us fund graduate student fellowships for the best students, to develop and retain promising young faculty and to aid some of our leading research centers.
