Enrollment Onboarding for New Students
New first-year students, first-year parents and families, and new graduate students will receive a biweekly email from the Office of Enrollment Management throughout the summer before starting their CMU experience in the fall. The emails include reminders about upcoming onboarding checklist tasks, as well as detailed information about enrollment processes and resources. Past emails may be referenced below.

Not Receiving an Enrollment Onboarding Email?
If you are a new student who is not receiving an onboarding email from the Office of Enrollment Management, please email em-communications@andrew.cmu.edu.
If you are a parent or family member of a new first-year student who would like to be included in enrollment communications, your student will need to add your information to their Family & Friends contacts in Student Information Online (SIO). Note: Only those designated in SIO as "mother," "father" or "guardian" will be contacted.
