Discovering new things and uncovering unknowns to reduce the areas where 'we don't know what we don't know'. This drive to explore and innovate keeps me motivated and continually learning and finding impactful solutions. My skill set includes a background in managing digital products, from ATMs to mobile banking and government digital initiatives. I enjoy identifying user pain points and translating them into effective, user-friendly solutions. My interest in leveraging technology to improve public services aligns with the mission of iii. 

Why MIIPS?

To create innovation that is useful and impactful, we must stretch beyond our comfort zone and embrace ambiguity for a holistic approach. I firmly believe I will understand how various global company manage their innovation aggressively but prudently and deal with the business complexity through the MIIPS program.
