About

I am passionate about the process from identifying a need or problem to finding a solution. I enjoy the feeling of brainstorming with the team. I will come up with interesting and novel ideas, although they may be unreasonable. I also like to learn entrepreneurship-related things, such as studying how some outstanding companies succeeded, and finding new entrepreneurial opportunities. My undergraduate degree is in mechanical engineering, so I am good at mechanical structure design and analysis. I can use software such as solidworks and ansys.I have good hands-on skills such as prototyping products. In addition, I have relatively in-depth research on Chinese traditional culture. If anyone wants to do a project in this area, I can help.

Why MIIPS?

I have relevant experience in design, business, and technology, and I hope to become a cross-professional talent with strong comprehensive skills. Miips is the first project to combine the three and has rich experience, so I think MIIPS and I are a perfect match for each other. I very much hope to learn more about interdisciplinary innovation here, become an excellent product manager in the future.

Education

Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China

Experience

I am currently serving as the person in charge of market research and brand promotion for an entrepreneurial project, and am currently operating the company’s WeChat official account, tiktok account and various social media accounts. Create a suitable company brand promotion plan through research on target users and data feedback.

What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?

I think what I most want to be is a product manager. In today's highly competitive business environment, product managers will face various difficulties. Their work is no longer just about focusing on professional knowledge in a certain field, but requires a more global literacy. However, many product managers are still trapped in the limitation of mastering only a single skill, lack comprehensive literacy, and cannot better cope with complex and ever-changing market challenges. I think this needs to be improved. Product experience requires facing uncertain market environments and rapid adaptability. And it is necessary to coordinate among multiple departments to ensure that everyone is working together on the same line, and to make full use of limited resources to complete the project as best as possible within the specified scope. Also understand technology, design, human nature, etc. I think I am very eager for such a challenging and transformative job, which can allow me to give full play to my professional abilities, help enterprises develop, and bring a better life to people.
