BRAIN Initiative Highlights Aryn Gittis' Parkinson's Research in Video

The BRAIN Initiative met with faculty member Dr. Aryn Gittis about her research on the basal ganglia and how it may lead to improved treatments for patients with Parkinson's disease. Aryn is an associate professor in the Biological Sciences department and Neuroscience Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. 

The BIA is comprised of federal and non-federal members and affiliates, the BRAIN Initiative Alliance mission is to coordinate and facilitate communications from its members related to the BRAIN Initiative.
