Bio

Tylar is the Administrative and Events Coordinator of the Digital Transformation and Innovation Center sponsored by PwC. She is responsible for organizing events on behalf of the center and various other administrative duties.

Tylar has worked in the administrative and events fields for six years. Prior to Carnegie Mellon she was employed at Roadrunner Recycling as an Operations Administration Manager and also is the Founder and President of Steel City Cabaret, a local performing arts organization. She also was a part of Roadrunner Recycling’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee where she focused on developing partnerships with local advocacy organizations and creating educational events for employees. She holds a degree in Voice Performance from Duquesne University where she studied Opera. Additionally she is on the Executive Council for the Pittsburgh Opera’s New Guard. 

In her free time she enjoys cooking, theatre, and spending time with her husband and their 2 dogs.
