I started at CMU in 2021.  I help university faculty, staff, and administration assess program effectiveness and make data-informed decisions with reports and visualizations created from surveys, interviews, focus groups, and analysis of data from university and non-university data sources and databases.

Help create a greater sense of community and connection to the university for staff members across departments, job functions, and working locations through a variety of events in areas ranging from social to service to professional in on-campus, off-campus, and virtual locations. And, continued advocacy for greater equity between faculty and staff benefits and resources through providing a better understanding of recruitment and retention impact.

What is something people would find surprising about you? - My roles in higher education have spanned from assistant baseball coach to academic advisor to continuing education director to my current role in institutional research.
