I started at CMU in 2014.  I develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objective. Collaborate with other departments and institutes including but not limited to finance, advancement, marketing, and IT, to support their operational needs and facilitate interdepartmental communication and coordination. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to operational teams to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council become a more inclusive and empowered body that actively engages with all members of the organization to address their needs and concerns. To make this happen, I will work towards fostering open communication channels between staff and council member advocating for policies that promote staff welfare and development. By building trust, promoting collaboration, and championing the voices of all staff members, we can create a stronger and more unified Staff Council that effectively represents and serves the needs of our organization.
