I started at CMU in 2022.  Many may notice me pushing food carts through the halls and could assume my primary role is feeding the masses, but it’s not! My core responsibility is administrative support for Heinz Faculty, including course assistance, professional activity coordination, managing both sponsored and unsponsored research projects and organizing (lunch-inclusive) seminars series.

During my term, I would like to see the Staff Council enhance their visibility and the impact they’ve had on the CMU community by actively promoting their past initiatives and ensuring that their current efforts are well-known. We should aim to foster greater engagement from all staff members—not just those who traditionally voice their opinions. Let’s work together to create a more inclusive and collaborative environment!
