I began my career at CMU in 2022 and I support educational research to iteratively improve teaching and learning at CMU. This involves collaborating with instructors or programs to align assessment strategies with pedagogical goals and offering professional development opportunities.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council continue to advocate for quality of life benefits for employees (e.g., the Care@Work program). I could help make that happen by assisting in gathering staff voices about what their needs are and/or the impact of such benefits in their lives.
