Assistant Director of Diversity, Inclusion, Climate, & Equity, Heinz College

I started at CMU in 2022.  As Assistant Director of DICE, I oversee and lead a dedicated team responsible for coordinating a diverse array of initiatives and events aimed at promoting Diversity, Inclusion, Climate, & Equity within Heinz College. My role also entails analyzing data and feedback to continuously refine and improve our DEI efforts, ensuring that we remain responsive to the evolving needs of our community.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council become more visibility to the community they serve. I'd also like to build across campus community. Lastly I hope to assistant Council in making equitable decisions that reflect the values of the staff we serve.
