Administrative Assistant II, Computer Science Department

I started at CMU in 2023.  I provide general administrative support within the Computer Science Department through financial and accounting practices, event coordinating, hiring, research, as well as general support to five faculty within CSD. I also do my best to tie up any loose ends for others and help out my fellow staff members with their administrative support goals which can see me being pulled into other niche directions.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council bridge the gap when it comes to communication. I would also like to see Staff Council tackle a lot of the issues that go along with hiring in general, but also continue to shed a light on improving the onboarding process which has been something SCS has been working on recently.

One thing people might find surprising about me is that I do musical theater.
