I began my career at CMU in 1988 and I partner with leadership and principal gift officers to fast-track prospects towards successful gift commitments through customized cultivation and engagement strategies.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council conduct a comprehensive benefits analysis to enhance staff satisfaction and retention. This analysis would identify opportunities to align staff member benefits more closely with those offered to faculty at CMU.
