Study abroad can be as long as an academic year or as short as a spring break trip! Every year, Tartans travel around the globe on short-term study abroad programs to study, volunteer, and collaborate on international projects. This year, over winter break, Tartans traveled to Panama with Global Business Brigades, participated in the GREEN program in Iceland and Nepal, and took classes in Singapore and Seoul. This spring break, a group of students will be visiting CMU-Q with IMPAQT and more!

Looking to expand your horizons this summer? Summer programs offer a wide variety of options and can range from a few weeks to a few months. Consider checking out CMU's Modern Languages summer study abroad programs across the globe. Study in China, Costa Rica, Germany, Jordan, Spain, or on the newest program in Nantes, France. Attend an info session on Jan. 23 at 4 p.m. in Posner Hall to learn more! Looking for funding for a short-term study abroad opportunity? Check out the opportunities below and the Study Abroad Funding page for more information.
