AI for Business Communication, Design Thinking with AI, Emerging Business Applications fo GenAI, and Transformational AI and Business Strategy are programs designed to equip leaders, professionals, and teams with the skills needed to navigate and excel in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

Emily DeJeu, Assistant Teaching Professor of Business Communication and faculty director for the AI for Business Communication program at the Tepper School emphasizes that “in today's fast-changing communication landscape, it's critical that professionals understand how emerging AI tools can be used for efficient, effective communication while also developing critical awareness about their limitations and risks."

Ming Ming Chapman, Distinguished Service Professor of Design at the Tepper School of Business is the faculty lead for the Design Thinking with AI program. In the program, Chapman aims to “empower professionals to tackle real-world problems by combining the complementary strengths of AI and human insight.” The Design Thinking with AI program “focuses on creating data informed, human driven processes and solutions that drive innovation.”
