Experiential Learning

Becoming a changemaker in your field requires more than attending lectures, studying, and completing exams. To develop as a forward-thinking leader, you need to learn by doing and reflecting.

At the Tepper School, experiential learning is embedded in your experience. We define experiential learning as the connection and extension of learning to authentic contexts through direct applications. It’s about the doing and reflecting with project-based classes, industry visits, research opportunities, study abroad experiences, and so much more.

You’ll learn to ask critical questions, propose solutions, and meaningfully analyze your results and experiences. By the time you graduate, you’ll have the confidence and experience to launch your future.
