Bio

Monique serves as the Case Administrator for the Office for Institutional Equity
and Title IX. Monique holds a bachelor’s degree in health management and a minor in
Healthcare Analytics from Carlow University, graduating magna cum laude.

Outside of work Monique has a passion for travel, which has broadened her perspective
and enriched her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This
global outlook enhances her interpersonal skills and capacity to provide empathetic and
culturally sensitive support.
