Pandit Joins Elite Cohort of GreenFin24 Emerging Leaders

We are excited to share that Navishka Pandit (MS ‘22) has been selected as an emerging sustainable finance leader in North America through the GreenFin24 Emerging Leaders Program. This program develops a diverse and representative community of sustainability professionals. The Emerging Leaders Program connects professionals of color pursuing careers in sustainability and provides opportunities to learn and network with leading professionals in the industry.

In her role at Federated Hermes, Pandit, an Assistant Manager within the engagement team, manages relationships with the financial services, technology, and healthcare sectors. With extensive global experience and a strong educational background, she is dedicated to addressing climate-related risks and opportunities, breaking the glass ceiling, and increasing access to sustainable menstrual products.

Pandit is one of ten emerging BIPOC sustainability professionals selected from a competitive application process. She will attend the GreenFin annual conference in NYC and receive special recognition and exclusive networking opportunities. Additionally, Emerging Leaders gain access to ongoing professional development, networking, mentorship, and support through the Emerging Leaders Network, joining a growing cohort of 250+ diverse peers who are making an impact across the sustainability industry.
