Summer Visit Opportunities

The Office of Recruitment and Enrollment Staff will be happy to host you for a visit during the summer months.  Summer visits are based on availability and are scheduled by emailing the Office at music-admissions@andrew.cmu.edu.  A member of the staff will contact you with a confirmaiton and more details.  Please include the date and time you would like to visits in your email.  Arrangments are subjest to staff availability.

Summer Virtual Information Sessions will be held every Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) beginning in July.  Please use the link to the Virtual Informaiton Session below to register.  The Zoom link will be shared with the registration confirmation.  

The In-Person School of Music Tour and Information Sessions will resume in September.

Individual visits (virtual or in-person) may be available by appointment, based on staff availability.  Email music-admissions@andrew.cmu.edu to inquire.

If you are interested in meeting with a music faculty member, please contact that professor directly. You can see our faculty's contact information here.  Please note that many of the faculty have summer obligations and may not be availabie for inperson visits.

The Undergraduate Admission office is also offering in-person campus tours over the summer.  Those wishing a full campus tour may schedule through the Office of Undergraduate Admission or register for an in-person information session or campus tour. 

The Virtual Visits and In Person Tours are focused primarily toward undergraduate prospects, applicants, and accepted students.  If you are a graduate prospect please feel free to register for one of the Virtual Visits or In Person Tours, however, if you are interested in scheduling an individual appointment with a member of our staff, please contact us directly at music-admissions@andrew.cmu.edu. We can offer Zoom or other types of appointments, and will confirm with you directly.
