This multi-event series aims to foster awareness and understanding of anti-Semitism through elevating critical consciousness of our CMU community and extending it beyond – acknowledging how antisemitism manifests in our spaces and spheres of influence and learning tools and strategies to dismantle it.

Join Dr. Wanda Heading-Grant, Vice Provost for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer for a captivating and insightful conversation with esteemed scholar, Dr. Joe William Trotter, Jr., the Giant Eagle University Professor of History and Social Justice. Professor Trotter will focus on the historical experiences of Black individuals in Pittsburgh, spanning from the harrowing days of slavery and segregation to the complexities of the present era.
