Come to the Fall 2024 Travel Supplier Showcase, where you can meet some of the university's preferred travel suppliers, learn more about CMU's travel program, get TSA Pre-Check on site*, enjoy light refreshments, pick up some swag, and enter to win giveaways.** Register here to attend!

When & Where

Schedule a TSA Pre-Check Appointment

TSA Pre-Check will be available on site at the Travel Supplier Showcase. This service is available for a fee and only to those who have registered for an appointment in advance. To schedudle your TSA Pre-Check appointment, please follow the following steps: 

• Go to the TSA Pre-Check site and click 'New Enrollment' at the top right side of the page
• Complete the form with your personal details
• On Step 4 of 4, enter SP-CARNEGIE in the zip code field and click 'search'. 
• Schedule a time for your Pre-Check appointment 

As a reminder, application fees for the TSA PreCheck and other trusted traveler programs are not a CMU business expense and must be paid for personally.

 * Only people who have registered in advance for TSA Pre-Check will be eligible to obtain TSA Pre-Check on site at the Travel Supplier Showcase. 

** Gifts greater than $75 and any cash gift, including gift certificates/ cards (regardless of dollar amount) must be included in the employees' income and are subject to federal, state, and local income tax withholding and social security/medicare taxes. Attendees must attend the travel showcase to win a raffle prize.
