When BrainHub launched in 2014, there was an opportunity not only to create awareness amongst scientific communities around the world about the initiative, but also to tell the story of CMU’s rich history as a leader of neuroscience research.
University Communications & Marketing devised a comprehensive, fully-integrated marketing plan, telling the story of BrainHub, its history and its groundbreaking research. Through a steady stream of explanatory videos, industry conferences and presentations, press releases, newsletters, print materials, high-profile outreach, social media ambassadors and a grand kickoff event, BrainHub saw huge publicity across local, national and international media outlets.
