The SCS Dean's Staff Advisory Committee was created as a standing committee for the purpose of working with and advising the Dean. The Committee focuses on matters that are of concern to SCS staff, providing advice and recommendations to the Dean or his or her designated appointee(s). Our areas of focus will shift as staff raise concerns or issues, prioritizing what matters to our colleagues the most.

Responsibilities

Engaging our fellow staff members to gain a clear understanding of the volume and challenges of responsibilities assigned to staff in different roles throughout the school.

Workload

Provide the Dean with insight into the real-world workloads of staff relative to their positions and responsibilities.

The Work Environment

What aspects of the daily work environment and resources are important to staff.

Management

Understand what kind of support staff are receiving from their management and how satisfied they are overall.
