This conference provides opportunities for future women leaders and allies to participate in leadership workshops, hear from accomplished Carnegie Mellon alumni, network with Pittsburgh entrepreneurs and executives, and build a community.
About TWIB
The Tepper Women in Business Club (TWIB) fosters confident, successful, and inclusive leadership for all genders while promoting gender equity through collaboration with Allies for Gender Equity.
By offering professional development, networking, and educational workshops, the club creates a supportive environment where women and allies can thrive. Additionally, it strengthens connections across the Tepper community, uniting past, present, and future members.
Conference Highlights
- Hear from Laurie Weingart, Interim Associate Dean, Masters Programs, and Richard M. and Margaret S. Cyert Professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory, as our keynote speaker.
- First 100 attendees receive a complimentary copy of her co-written book, The No Club: Putting a Stop to Women’s Dead-End Work.
- Dean Isabelle Bajeux will join us for a fireside chat.
