Nationwide All Graduate Student Case Competition

The Corporate Startup Lab is proud to launch its Third Annual Case Competition in the Fall of 2024!

$20,000 in total prizes will be awarded to the top three teams creating entrepreneurial approach solving a problem in financial equity. Any Graduate or Ph.D. Student at all U.S. universities and colleges are eligible and invited to apply. Teams are limited to 3-4 students per team. Six teams will be selected as finalists to visit Pittsburgh on October 23rd and 24th to present in front of a panel of distinguished judges and an audience of Corporate Executives and Entrepreneurs.

The CSL Case Competition is the part of Corporate Startup Week October 23-25th, 2024 at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.

2024 Competition Details

Theme: Financial Wellness

1.) Open to all U.S. based universities and colleges

2.) Open to All Graduate Students, 3-4 members allowed per team

3.) 6 Teams invited to the Final Round, Top 3 Teams will receive cash prizes

4.) 1st Place - $12,000, 1st Runner Up - $6,000, 2nd Runner Up - $2,000

Information Sessions

Any graduate student from any U.S. based university or college that is interested in participating in the 2024 CSL Case Competition is encouraged to join one of our Information Sessions. There will be two live information sessions, one on August 21st at 7:00pm ET, and one on September 6th, at 12:00pm ET. The August session will be recorded and posted for those who cannot attend live.
