Paul Nielsen has over 25 years of Executive Leadership roles in Growth, Business Operations, Technology, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships with technology companies providing products and services to the Healthcare, Telecommunications, Video Gaming and Media Industry.  For the last 7 years Paul led Innovation and the adoption of AI/ML and other advanced technologies at Optum Technology in the Healthcare Payer and Provider Industries.  Paul has worked in applying AI to back office applications in Prior Authorization, Fraud/Waste/Abuse, and Claims adjudication as well as in the clinic applying AI to Clinical Decision Support, Image Processing and Ambient Solutions used in the Clinic and home
