Options
Power BI (Reader/Viewer)
View and interact with reports, add comments, download data, create subscriptions, and receive data-driven alerts through our Microsoft 365 portal.
Power BI Developer (Desktop)
Create new reports data sources and edit embedded data sources. Free through Microsoft 365. A Power BI Pro License is required to publish and share dashboards.
Power BI Publisher Pro License
Power BI Dashboard developers who wish to expand sharing capabilities and leverage a centrally supported service model as an Enterprise Power BI business partner.
