Log In with SSH Keys
Logging into the Linux Timeshare servers via SSH public/private keys (password-less login) is not supported. The ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file is in AFS requires tokens on the Timeshare pool instead of on the server's local drive. System services have no special access to AFS. As a result, the SSH login process cannot check that file to verify your authentication attempt.
