HR Business Partner II
Job Profile Summary
The HR business partner II is responsible for:
- Performing HR-related duties on both a strategic and tactical level for designated college and administrative units.
- Assisting client groups in developing and driving an HR strategy/people agenda. The position is a key partner to the colleges/administrative units they support and is a trusted advisor on employee and workplace matters.
- Providing leadership in handling employee relations; performance management; employee engagement; organization design and development; policy interpretation and workforce planning activities.
- Providing guidance to HRBP I's on the most complex issues for designated college and administrative units.
- Assisting with recruitment, compensation, and other key HR processes to help facilitate a seamless experience to CMU employees as it relates to all HR activities.
