Use your CMU credentials to access virtual learning opportunities. Offerings include live and on-demand workshops, self-paced courses, books, videos, certificate programs and more.

  • FocusU — CMU's learning management system for professional development. Staff and faculty can access courses, playlists and skill benchmarks. You can also register for live trainings offered by the Learning and Development team and our campus partners.
  • LinkedIn Learning — A library of training videos and tutorials covering a wide range of software, technologies and business topics. Watch a brief video to get the answer you need, or complete a full course or learning path to learn all about a topic.
  • Academic Impressions — This E-learning resource provides leadership, personal development and skills-based training opportunities to faculty and staff in higher education. Choose from virtual workshops, conferences and cohort programs.
  • DDI Development Resources — DDI's online learning library (Pinpoint) provides access to on-demand courses covering a diverse range of topics applicable to employees and supervisors. CMU also has certified DDI facilitators who can deliver customized training programs on a variety of topics.
