Leadership Programs

  • Civil Treatment® for Leaders — Provides resources to create a more civil, inclusive and productive workplace, leveraging real-world case studies to prepare for civil interactions
  • CMULead — Staff training initiative that fosters development as leaders, expanding networks and encouraging stewardship of the university’s mission, vision and strategic goals
  • Leadership Pittsburgh, Inc. — Local nonprofit organization dedicated to developing a robust pipeline of diverse civic leaders to serve the region, with three cohort-based programs to develop leaders in the greater Pittsburgh area:
    • Community Leadership Course for Veterans — developing the potential of post-9/11 veterans
    • Leadership Development Initiative — for high-potential young professionals
    • Leadership Pittsburgh — for established senior leaders
  • Strategies for Advancing Women in Organizations — Collaboration with Tepper Executive Education designed to enrich the leadership skills and networks for high-potential emerging or existing leaders
