Workday Recruiting Updates

Enhancing our Ability to Recruit Diverse, World-Class Talent

On September 6, the Office of Human Resources will implement exciting enhancements to the recruiting process to improve the hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters.

Prospective candidates will now have the ability to virtually introduce themselves by dropping off their resume without applying using Workday’s new "Introduce Yourself" functionality, and can use their LinkedIn profiles to apply for positions. Candidates will also experience improved communications with our recruiters with the additions of text messaging and branded notifications.

Recruiters and hiring managers will be able to collaborate more easily in Workday via recruiting and candidate notes. A new interview feedback tool will allow interviewers to submit their ratings in Workday. Hiring managers and recruiters can review and evaluate the ratings in a central location, further supporting a structured interview and evaluation process.
